the GameID and SaveID of Disc 2 must match that of Disc 1.

assuming you're using PSX2PSP, there's an option to edit both of those fields when creating the eboot.

when you create the eboot with PSX2PSP there are two options for changing the GameID and SaveID.

go to your SAVEDATA folder and find the FF8 save folder, the number there is the ID.

doesn't matter, use the SaveID in the GameID slot.

sorry but we don't support downloaded games - this is why you should dump them yourself.
