Audio-Video Sync

I just downloaded a movie... Can't say what it is, but it's more than 299 but less than 301... Anyway, the sound is off of the movie by about a half-second, and it's super-irritating. Anyone know of a good program to reencode the vid so the audio-video are spot-on? Like, fine adjust the audio track timing by half a second or somethin.

hmm I wouldn't recommend windows movie maker seeing that it's too unstable... Try using ulead video studio :)
