Overclocking

I was wondering if anyone had some experience with oerclocking as i am messing with my computer. Id like to see what i can squeeze out of it. So ill list my specs and if anyone has some advice i would gladly take it.

Processor: AMD Athlon X2 4200+ 2.2Ghz Stock W/ Zallman CPN9500 cooler
Mobo: Abit AT8-32X Bios 1.2
Ram: OCZ Platinum 2Gb (2x1Gb) 2-3-2-5-1t 2.8v
Video Card: X1900xt and X1900 Crossfire
PSU: PCP&C 750W
OS: Vista Premium


I think thats all you would need. Well let me know. THanks in advance.

well...to overclock the processor, in the bios go to the processor section and change its frequency to another one a little higher (don't put it too high! +10 should be enough!)

Ram... err... Don't put them in compatibility mode and raise their voltages.

Video card... I don't think you need that XD

PSU ... Don't wanna mess with that xD

OS : err...DUDE! WinXP FTW!

should have been more specific lol i know how to overclock just thought somone may be familiar with my ram or chip or even mobo and have some tips lo. But thanks for the help. And i like vista lol i think it runs great. I want to get rid of one of my cards but then at the same time i dont (i want an 8800gtx).
