Okay firs step is going here http://folding.stanford.edu/download.html and download the console version of F@H. Then make two seperate folders and name them 1 and 2. Place a copy of the F@H software in each one.
Open up the 1 folder and run the app. Put in your information and when asked about advanced options hit y. Once you get to where it asks about the machine id put 1. Then when it starts to run folding it should show as machine id 1. Now repeat this step for the second folder and instead of machine 1 you will put 2.
Once you are done you should have 2 consoles running and 100 percent cpu usage. Also it is safe to run both instances while doing normal computing, i only turn mine off when i game.
