0okm (http://0okm.blogspot.com/2006/10/psp-now-with-fw281-from-factory.html) has warned that Sony is now shipping PSP units pre-installed with Firmware 2.81. For those that don't know, Firmware 2.8 and onward severely limit your choice of homebrew. So if you want a homebrew capable PSP, better snag a 2.71 or below fast ;)
