GTA: Vice City Stories heads to the PS2?

Although there has no official press release yet, a quick look on the ESRB (http://www.esrb.org/ratings/search.jsp?searchType=title&titleOrPublisher=Vice%20City%20Stories) ratings website lists a PS2 Vice City Stories with an M rating. This can only mean that Rockstar submitted the title for review - so looks as if there will be a PS2 port after all :)
