I'm opening this guide to help people to get and install Basilisk II for PSP.
PSP Basilisk is an Macintosh emulator,it emulates Mac up to version 7.5.5.
So heres what you need to do:

1. Download this: Link removed due to the fact of it having copyright material!
2. Extract it onto a desktop in a folder named "BasiliskIIPSP",don't have it create one.

====================For PSP firmware 1.50 only====================
1. Connect usb to your PSP.
2. Go under PSP\GAME.
3. Copy folder "BasiliskIIPSP" and "BasiliskIIPSP%" into your GAME folder.
4. Disconnect usb.
5. Go to game menu on your PSP and start the game "BasiliskIIPSP".
6. If you get into the desktop you're all done!:biggrin:
================================================== ========

=====================For custom firmware PSP=====================
====Optional Choice A====
1. Restart your PSP.
2. Go into recovery mode.
3. Go to configuration.
4. Change your game kernel to 1.50.
5. Exit recovery mode.
6. Now boot up your PSP.
7. Plug into usb.
8. Copy folder "BasiliskIIPSP" and "BasiliskIIPSP%" into your GAME folder(not GAME150,since you're in 1.5 kernel)under PSP.
9. Disconnect usb.
10. Go to game menu on your PSP and start the game "BasiliskIIPSP".
11. If you get into the desktop you're all done!:biggrin:

====Optional Choice B====
1. Connect usb to your PSP.
2. Copy BasiliskIIPSP folder into your GAME folder.
3. Go into the "BasiliskIIPSP" folder you copied,delete eboot.pbp(optional for space saving).
4. Now go into your GAME150 folder.
5. Copy both "BasiliskIIPSP" and "BasiliskIIPSP%" into your GAME150 folder.
6. Now go into "BasiliskIIPSP" folder you just copied,delete everything except for eboot.pbp.
==Trust me,it's space saving and it works==
7. Disconnect usb.
8. Go to game menu on your PSP and start the game "BasiliskIIPSP".
9. If you get into the desktop you're all done!:biggrin:

no dude,you don't understand.
No matter what ever you put both folder the eboot always read GAME\BasiliskIIPSP\(system)
That's why.
Don't believe me put both folder in game150 and try it yourself and you'll get an error.

ahh I see.
Well then, it's the programmers coding problem.
We can't fix nothing.

well,you can open the eboot.pbp in the folder "BasiliskIIPSP"(no %) with a note pad then find "game",then it'll show the path,change all the game to game150 then i think it'll work.
I've tried that,but it didn't work,maybe you can.

of course it can't.
the language is compiled to 0's and 1's, you can't change it back to computer language.
well nice tut, nothing special though.
imma set off, too busy around.

Would I be right in saying that this has illegal files in it. If so I will have to remove it. Other than that its justy the same way as you would install any homebrew.

I am downloading it, if it DOES have illegal files, I will have to remove it, we don't want any problems for exophase!

Fair enough, and thanks for thinking of everyone else, honestly, we know you mean well, but you must still remain within the bounds of legality, which includes posting copy written software.
