DVI to VGA outlet

Alright , since I don't have a HD television but my laptop is HD is there anyway to plug in my DVI cables that I plug into the tv into my laptop? Is there any cable that I can plug into my laptop ?

So what exact cable does each need? I can assume your TV needs either Composite or Coaxial. Does your laptop use S-Video?

I think some team made a box which alowd you to play things upscaled to 1080p or i on a computer moniter not sure if thats the same sorta thing they always have it as an ad on the side of maxconsole homepage.

Wait a minute, no, that won't work anyways- Laptops usually don't have video-in, only video-out.
