OK I am running 2.81 on my PSP can I do anything? downgrade or one of the homebrew or w/e there called upgrades. Thanks in advance.

you need to upgrade to 3.03 and downgrade to 1.5 with the 3.03 downgrader by Noobz.

its required that you have the unpatched GTA: LCS UMD for this to work.

The GTA CANNOT be greatest hits....I found mine at my local gamestop.
