Downgrading 2.81 TA-082

I just bought a psp for myself and it has f/w version 2.81 can it be downgraded ??
Also it is ta082 (i checked using this pic http://img206.imageshack.us/img206/6253/ta082spotls6.jpg)

Can i run iso or cso's through any method ??

Ive heard that there is no downgrade for this model but I may be wrong..

Yes, it can be downgraded. You need to use the 3.03 downgrader along with an unpatched copy of GTA: LCS.

Thnx i have 2 questions :
1) how do i upgrade to 3.03 , the sony site shows the latest ver as 3.10
2) wat does unpatched copy mean , if i buy an original UMD will it suffice

Google for verison 3.03 ...easy
Gamestop for GTA Liberty City, Unpatched means has verison 2.00...Hard
