Im having a good time playing with it (xmb waves),, but im fearfull too good a time... i know all flash memories have a reasonable limit to how many times u can flash them. Depending on the chip in my experiance i get from 15 on cheepo chips,, to about 10,000. Can some one answer two questions ,, how many times do psp flashes accept flashing. i know you cant tell me 2479,, just a round about number , you guys have to have flashed it more then i have.

second can some one type up a tut on how to change the path for the waves. It seems pretty convient to know right when i load the psp what ms i have in. The info ive found seems fragmented.

I've heard its around 10,000, which should be plenty.

i think i am reading you right so here goes...

Open system_plugin_bg.rco in a HEX editor. (found in flash0:/vsh/resource/)

Go to offset decimal 530 through 716. Then mix the characters between those lines. (keep them seperated by 00 (look like .'s), then save the file.

Your XMB waves should be modified!

Cheers
