IRshell help

In the 3.10 OE-A installation guide it says to use IRShell to create the dxar file for people with a 32 MB stick.

Well, IRShell is over 50 mb...how do I install it in the first place?!

Got it, nevermind...did a little poking around and discovered about half of that space was stuff I don't need...:)

I'm trying to use NetHost in IRshell, but it won't connect.

I'm using a linksys router, and as far as I know all the settings are correct.

The password part is a bit confusing, tho. In the guide I read it says to set it to "mypass"

Does that mean my password for my router connection? Password for the computer, what? >_<
