Every time I get on Ebay these nasty ads are on the top of the page. Any help? Do I need a Spyware/Adware remover?

I've actually found Windows built in spyware scanner, Defender, to be good. It's free too.

SpyBot and AdAware are outdated and poor performers these days. The best free spyware/adware remover is currently SUPERAntiSpyware (http://www.superantispyware.com/).
Hmm, just re-read your post before posting:
Can we get a screenshot of these ads? If they're ads provided by the site they are not spyware or adware and you'll need an ad remover like Firefox's AdBlock or AdMuncher (nothing beats it at the time of posting).

But is it any good?
I mean... I don't like real time spyware protection >_>
Can it like...Scan and then remove? Registry errors too?
Does the free version do this? Is it safe? XD

Real-time spyware/adware protection is the best way to be pre-emptive, however the free version of SUPERAntiSpyware does not include this anyway.
Yes, it can scan and remove. And registry errors shouldn't be occuring on your system if you use a proper uninstall utility.
I'm not sure if SUPERAntiSpyware contains a registry error fixer as I've not installed it on this PC yet, but I don't believe it does.
The only things missing in the free version are: Real Time Protection, Schedule support, automatic updates and a dedicated threat research team. Manual updates can be run whenever you want, as many times as you want.
Get more information on SUPERAntiSpyware here (http://www.superantispyware.com/superantispyware.html).
Oh and yes, of course it is safe otherwise I wouldn't be recommending it. Mind you, there are chances of any application damaging your system depending on how the spyware/adware/malware is designed...but that's unavoidable...

i use Firefox with the Adblock Plus plugin and for virus/spyware/adware protection i use McAfee, no it isnt free but it doesnt slow down your pc at all (unless its running a scan), it automatically deletes files on your system that may be a threat (like say you just downloaded a rom for example and its in a zip file, the rom is a virus but you dont know this, when you extract it McAfee will instantly delete it and inform you why), it has scheduled scans, internet and network protection, email and IM protection, parental controls, and what i really like about it is if you run a program or play a game that automatically tries to connect to the internet without asking you McAfee will block it untill you allow access to the internet, it also allows you to block access so if you downloaded a program and used a fake serial and it checks an online database without you knowing you can easily stop it.

I work in IT doing this kind of crap on a daily basis and i would recommend AdAware the free version. I have used spybot a few times and its also not bad, there has been a case where i downloaded spybot and it was bloated with spyware but chances are someone had tampered with the install.
As for SUPERAntiSpyware. I don't know if i could trust a program that was named by 8 year olds.
