[SRC] RAR Partial support, Would you mind adding this to PSPFiler?

Hi MediumGauge,

I really like PSPFiler, especially the ZIP support.

I can simply grab all releases straight from Netfront Browser and extract it with PSPFiler and Play on-the-go without the need of a PC. :biggrin:

But, Now-a-days, Many HB are being packed as "RAR"; but PSPFiler doesn't have support. :crying:
