Very quick and short question

Ok, I've been qondering this for some time and all the sites the appear to me look fake.
I was wondering how can I be a Home Beta tester?
This site (http://www.homebetatrial.com/) looks real but it's out date (look to where it says "Website © 2007 Sony Computer Entertainment Europe. All rights reserved.") so...I real don't know, I'm lost.
Hopefully someone will know the answer.
