xbox 360 theme anyone?

Im running 3.80 m33
and i know i was soemwhere recently that had teh xbox 360 dashboard theme that didnt have the xmb sidescroll list but actually had the pages that slid like teh 360 dashboard...doesn anyone know where i can find it =D [and does teh firmware version really matter? im in 3.80 cause i was told 3.90 m33 is glitchy}

Ok I found the xbox 360 theme with the blades for my build...of course theres a but ... it consists of a "font " and "vsh" folder

How do exactly do i instal and secondly how do i back up "flash 0"
Im very newb and i understand if you dont do this exactly right you brick your handheld

I don't have any problems with 3.90 M33 myself.
