SYNDiCATE has just released a follow up to their NTSC to PAL patcher for the Wii, now complete with a GUI and NTSC-J to NTSC support.
You can grab the original command line version here (http://www.exophase.com/files/download.php?id=109). Link below has been updated again with the latest v1.1 which includes ISO support up to 8GB.
