Reading Out Aloud in Word

Hi All,

I am using Word 03. One day when i went to press ctrl+S to save I accidentally pressed something else Word started reading out what i had written. Could someone out there please tell me what i have to do to do that again

Probably install all the libraries that come with word... >_>
