Question on FF VII, or general POPS question

OK, so I got the game in 3 discs, is there any way to make 1 eboot out of them?
If not, can I Just delete the disc after I'm over with it?

(I understood that every disc stands for 1 part of the game, so when I complete the first disc, It's useless - and I can delete it?)

You can delete it if you want, but then you won't be able to start a new game, so eh? You don't make 1 EBOOT out of 3 discs. All you do is give them all the same disc code so that they can all read the same save.

Are you 100% sure that EBOOT #2 won't ever use data from EBOOT #1? or #3 will use data from #2/#1?

Like, is it totally safe for my gameplay to delete the older EBOOTs?
