Custom Themes

I don't know if this was already asked but I have a few questions about the custom themes:

1.- As far as I know, Sony's theme converter only changes the wallpaper and icons, but how can I change the whole interface (e.g. those themes that makes it look like a Xbox 360).

2.- How can I create/modify the "movie" that plays when you turn the psp on (I don't know the name)? and also the other one when you enter a game or app.

I'm sorry if this was previously solved but I can't find it anywhere. In such case, could you provide the link to the thread?

1. Use CXMB (http://forums.exophase.com/showthread.php?t=7774) to install CTF format theme files, which can be downloaded at the author's site. (http://www.2alien.net/community/viewforum.php?f=10)

2. To modify the gameboot you need to convert a video to PMF format. As far as I know, the only way of doing this is by using Sony's UMD tools. These are illegal to use (unless you are a licensed developer) so I cannot link them here.
