I got the R4 for Ds but i got a problem

I have the Ds lite system and i got the R4 for it i installed the 4 files to mem card and then i put a game on the mem card then i put mem card and R4 into my ds and turned system on and i get a black screen with the word LOADING and still stuck on it what does this mean

It means it's freezing. Take out the R4, blow on it, stick it back in, and try again. If it keeps freezing, format and try again.
