Released Filer 5.4

I fixed a few bugs and released Filer 5.4.

picture viewer:
- fixed a bug that Filer was crashed when reading picture in background at low memory.
- made scroll speed faster whie reading picture in background.
- added a feature to jump to the edge of the picture by pressing START with left, right, up and down.
- enabled to move next/previous picture while reading picture in foreground.

Good job on the release medgauge :)
I'm having a problem with PSP filer though. I can't seem to open the ms0:/PSP folder :glare:

I have a slim PSP with 4.01 m33-2

Apparently, PSPFiler is detecting the folder as a volume instead of a folder, so it refuses to open it.
