Infantile Paralysiser (http://mdxonline.dyndns.org/archives/2007/03/make_splash_animation_tool_with_samples.shtml) has released a tool that converts any BMP file into a splash screen for use with MoonShell v1.71 (http://www.exophase.com/?newsid=535) on the Nintendo DS.
