Forgive me for being overcritical, but is Eran's photo even really a landscape photo in nature? There's very little landscape tbh, it's just a pretty scene in a park. That's what this month's contest is all about, right?

For a photo that is barely landscape-oriented in nature, I'm surprised to see it having so many votes.

I said before that I make my themes vague so we see some variety. If Eran can definite that picture as a landscape then it is a landscape. It's all about how the individual interprets the theme.

I actually said in the main thread the theme is Landscapes, Vistas etc

I would count Eran's pic as a Vista.
