I've run a manual sync on your profile, it looks like it's picked them up now. You can do the same by clicking the Options button on your profile page.

It says you unlocked an achievement in the game on that date. I am not sure why Steam shows November 2021, but the date we are showing doesn't appear to be wrong considering an achievement was earned on that date. Steam also shows the same "earned" date for it.
