I dont know much about ipc but try leo4all or ideneb. Leo4all installed on 8/9 machines i tried it on ideneb installed on 9/18 machines i tried. Or you cauld also use the more legal hackintosh option installed 4/4 machines i tried. only thing is with that you need an otc osx leopard disk.

im almost exactly the same online as i am offline. theres just some words i dont use online like the N word and the C word but other then that im pretty much the same.

Windows disk doesnt see any hard drive installed. no partitions or hard drives show up. that was the first thing i tried.
