I can do that too, haha. I don't have a source but in the industry, BP actually was in the top 3 on a government institution's set of regulation guidelines. That's the top 3 highest rated. People can argue politics all day. I was just telling you my viewpoint, it just so happens it sides with...
Just started playing the game a few days ago. I'm completely addicted. It seems that it's the simple games that are so addicting. I'll post pictures of my "landscape" in a few minutes.
I have a similar issue. When I run adobe photoshp CS4, windows switches from the aero theme to the basic with no transparency. My screen will also flicker black and sometimes give me the "NVIDIA graphics card crashed but has recovered."
Taxes have been lowered for the middle class. Sure, that's nice, but I'd rather see tax breaks continued for everyone. As far as social security, I'd look into privatizing social security to assure that the people working for their retirement, get a comfortable one.
I consider myself a member of the tea party. I'm not ashamed of it at all. I'm fiscally conservative, socially conservative, and I have Christian values. I believe in smaller federal government, more municipal power, and low taxes for everyone.
@RoBz: Yeah, I guess I didn't consider that.. -_- The only time I listen to music is when I'm walking to class or sitting in my room working on coursework. I'm not much of a power listener.
I suggest using dirpy.com. Find a youtube video of the song you want to download, copy the share link into dirpy, and download the audio as various formats.
I'm running VMWare on my Sony Vaio CW laptop. The host operating system is Windows 7 64-bit and the guest operating system is Ubuntu 9.10. Everything seems situated as far as sharing from host to guest goes, with the exception of the webcam. On all of the Ubuntu forums I've searched, the...
The IT coordinator at my High-School uses it whenever she's at home. She calls it her sofa laptop. I think that if you only use it for what it's made for (word processing, basic web surfing, and e-mail), then it does what it needs to. I don't own one but from my experience with them, the screen...
I was listening to the radio this morning and they were discussing conspiracy theories. It wasn't anything formal or serious, just things they've heard. One girl called in and said that she honestly believed the government implemented the H1N1 flu into the United States. They supposedly put...
My new years resolutions are saving my money/spending habits and become a better person to the people around me. I like starting debates and arguments over controversial topics at home and school. I'm not very outgoing either. The combination makes me somewhat of a loner. People still like me...
I haven't seen it, nor can I because youtube is blocked. This is why it's bigger than just the Mayans. Other people have predicted it, which gives it more priority than something like 6-6-06.
I get more news from Twitter's trending topics than anywhere else (I don't look very far). It's micro-blogging. I can't stand it when people like my parents tell me twitter is stupid. Then they mock it, pretending to text while saying "going to the bathroom. Eating a sandwich. Going to Work."...
That's pretty much what I said... I even posted a link to an article arguing against those theories.
Nuclear war was a legitimate threat in the 50's. I can understand why people would be scared then. Whether it's non sense or not, people believe it. Most TV shows are non sense. Should we just...
Those are all for different reasons. I see your point, but wouldn't you think the world was going to end if there was threat of nuclear war? The millennium change is a really stupid reason to freak. People just said that for attention. 2006, obviously, was Satin's number 6-6-06. I agree with...
