Honestly, I'm not terribly surprised to see old magazines going away. They seem to tend to be more about ads than honest content these days, right down to untrustworthy reviews, out of date content and splitting up feature articles to place ads. Of course, the ad profit was probably the reason...

I still think they are shooting themselves in the foot, between making this controller expensive as well as irreplaceable around the launch window. Hopefully this time, the problem won't be missing a small detail instead resulting in smashed flat screen TVs :D

Kezra, I don't agree and I do blame them. They are bringing suit against people who paid for their product (customers) and that sends the wrong message entirely in any consumer driven world - especially when you consider the fact the only thing they have to gain by doing this is lawyer bills...
