Saw you were playing GTA V, told myself - he's going to post screenshots soon! Game is ridiculously well-optimized from what I can tell in the short stint I had with it. Night and day compared to the 360 version I played on launch. Can't wait to get home later today and hop on and put some real...
Ok it's official, I envy you. Quite the setup, I haven't touched my Xbox One in a while but might get back into Forza Horizon 2 - I just don't have a killer setup like you do... Waiting to pick up GTA V on the PC myself (already own it on 360) but I'm very tempted to pick it up for the Xbox One...
Remember the kickstarter, looked promising but was concerned it wasn't going to go anywhere if the kickstarter failed.
Congrats on becoming a Kindergarten teacher though! Corrupting the young minds asap I see!
Although I did pick up Metro: Last Light and Tomb Raider today - both games I've wanted to play since upgrading my GPU but never got around to buying so it was worth it for me today. Also seeing Sleeping Dogs on sale made me want to actually finish that game, now if only i didn't delete my save...
Haven't really found any that have interested me. Really not seeing future steam sales to be as popular or effective as the previous years since we've already managed to pick up a lot of the older games on sale - with the winter sale alone. Not too many new titles to pick up.
Actually AndroidCentral does it in an interesting way - the header only shows back up when you start to scroll back up - http://www.androidcentral.com/
Having played the first one when it came out and then the subsequent 2 I'm not sure how I feel about the general direction the series has been taken. I don't think anything will impress me as much as the first Far Cry back in the day. I enjoyed the more linear path provided in Far Cry 1 while...
Looks good. Noticed you also changed the way the header scrolling worked so it shows a shorter version down the page - anyway to just dynamically change the scale when it reaches that point but maintain it on the screen the entire time?
Seriously impressed with your skills x3sphere, never...
Well done x3sphere!
Any chance in seeing how the titlebar will look with transparency added (small amount)? Seems to be the next big trend among UI designs - especially now since Apple is all over it.
I'm sure x3sphere will agree with my when I say the Logitech speakers we have came with a great sub for speakers designed for a PC. I hooked mine up to my TV but might move them back to my PC - love the sub when playing a racing game with decent sound as well
Working at an electrical and data communications manufacturer as a digital marketing coordinator....so nothing to do with what I got my degree in from college
Looking awesome x3sphere! I found out about that monitor through LTT when I first mentioned it. Great to hear how well it performs - I've always been weary of IPS displays from other manufacturers aside from Dell.
I haven't read too much into it but when they said it was free and not "free-to-play" I think they were implying that there wouldn't be micro transactions in-game as generally "free-to-play" means microtransactions included. They've been in need of a good refresh for the UT series - I have no...
Unfortunate indeed, especially coming from Dell which I wouldn't have expected this issue from. Still ridiculous that they would replace your new monitor with a refurb, especially at that price point. Although I personally will only buy Dell refurbs from now on since having bought 2 (aside from...
