Although not yet officially announced, it appears the rumors about Wrath of the Lich King being the next World of Warcraft expansion are indeed true. Highamage from the WoW forums took a snapshot of what was inside his BlizzCon Goodie Bag, and lo and behold, an article about WoW: Wrath of the Lich King was tucked inside.<!--more-->

According to the article, some new additions to WoW: Wrath of the Lich King:
Necromantic Death Knight character class.
Game takes place on the icy continent Northrend, complete with new zones, quests, items, and monsters.
Battlegrounds featuring siege warfare and destructible buildings.
Expanded character customization, new hairstyles and dances, as well as new skin color variants.
