Have you Upgraded or downgraded recently as this could
a. Point to a corrupt Id Storage
b. a bust umd drive

To fix the A problem if it exists use DCv8 To regenerate your IdStorage
To fix the B problem, go to ebay or somthing and buy a new drive, they cost about
