PSP 3.02 downgrader

PSP 3.02 downgrader HELPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPP!!!

Anyone have the link to downloade the downgrader for 3.02? I want to download the new 3.30OE but do I need a decryptor/downgrader for the 3.02 to 1.50 first? Please help.

Yes im a newb and Yes I do have a "kick me" sign on the back.

Check the 3.03 downgrade thread, there is no 3.02 downgrader.
