The PlayStation Store update this week? It's a mixed bag. In terms of games we got demos of both DiRT and NCAA Football 2008. So, so. Then there's a new Folklore and Timeshift trailer, as well as the continuation of the two Heavenly Sword videos from the previous week.

Last but not least are wallpaper additions from both Blast Factor: Advanced Research and the Heavenly Sword Anime.

Not that exciting to be honest. Sony needs to take a hint from Nintendo and start throwing up PSone titles every week. Would do wonders for the Store.

It's becoming a downright joke, PSOne support that is, why can't they just get over themselves and release more titles? The only game, so far, worth the price tag is SoTN. Who cares about Siphon Filter and Crash? Not me..give us MGS, Legacy of Kain, and the ass load of good rpg's that would add something worthwhile to the PStore.

I can't understand for the life of me why it's taking so long...and like I said before, the PS Store is moving along at an infant's pace.

Happy 3rd place PSN, you're earning it wonderfully!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

yeah they definately need to increase there ps1 titles. If they released a new one every one or two weeks that would be awsome. I really am curious why they are not releasing more, are they having problems or maybe preparing for a larg release. I want to know why if they tell me they are just waiting to release like 50 at one time i would be like okay thats stupid but atleast i know they are coming.

Maybe someone will decide to make an app that can convert the eboots we already use of the countless PSOne games on the psp to the format Sony is using..

I mean, theoretically, how hard could it be? DA had already been working on an app that decompressed Hot Shots Golf so why not recompile the eboots to the new format?

Am I talking nonsense again or is it possible? Because Sony sure doesn't seem to want to speed the releases up, or is it simply the original devs who don't want it to happen. Look at all the Konami games that could be put on the Store.
Or maybe it's simply that Sony wants to port them as PSP "re-releases"? Think FF1 and 2..that alone rules out FF Origins ever being released.
Oh well, More's the Worse...
