anyone know what the best DS emulator is?

The most updated one is no$gba

But be warned NDS emulator development is still in its early stages, I don't think any games are actually 'playable' yet.
 
No$gba is playing alot of games fully now at version 2.6..if you don't mind paying for it..or know where to get it.
 
Theres no good ones that I know of. yet. But if you really want what I think you want, you can buy a thing where you put the games on a chip that you play on your DS. You should try for online purchase domains or you can order from ebay
