For odd reason i would ike to try these great application. But i dont know how to start. Can somebody come up with good tut

CFE2.2:
Download the ARCHIVE, and open it, go into the "release" folder, and copy the "seplugins" folder onto the root of the memory stick. Turn off your PSP completely, Hold R and turn on, choose "Plugins" in the recovery menu, and press X to enable every prx on the screen.
Then "Back", "Exit", you're done!
After you've installed TM, then copy/overwrite the TM folder next to the seplugins folder on your memory stick, and press yes on your computer to overwrite things some files.

You DO have a custom firmware PSP, right?
