I have Hen D Running

I have Hen D Running and I have the Sony 2.71 Software on it. I can get to the 2.71 Hen D, software. Then I run Devhook 51 I see where i could pick the other firmares but when i pick them it just goes back to 2.71D. Does anyone know what could be the problem.
