3.03OEA without homebrew

I recently upgraded to 3.03 OE-A and tried to upgrade to OE-B however it would not let me, and i continued on my merry way. Being busy as i am it was some time before i discovered that none of my homebrew applications are working and i get the 8002014C error, this is very limiting as not only am i without my emulators but i can also not upgrade to a further version of any OE's or run any downgraders, is there anyway to either fix this (if it has come up before with someone else) or a 3.1 downgrader somewhere that i somehow missed so i can just upgrade then downgrade to 1.5 and try it again, thank you.
 
well, its just because your game folder is set to the wrong kernel.

put your homebrew in <pspdrive>:/PSP/GAME150/ and it will work

if you want it in the regular GAME folder go to recovery mode (hold R while turning PSP on) and set the game folder option to 1.5 kernel.
 
too late

well too late now, i tried to use the 3.03 HEN downgrader and now my psp wont turn on soo i believe i now have a $250 piece of plastic
