Wii Some more Wii information

As GoNintendo reports, in the latest issue of magazine 'NGamer,' rather a lot of information regarding Wii is divulged.

Apparently, the Wii sensor bar is 50% smaller than previously seen, and a 'little bigger than a couple of pencils glued together.'

The 6kb internal memory inside the Wii remote itself is apparently used for saving personalised data for the remote, such as sensitivity settings, and can even store saves and scores. Quite how much data you could actually fit onto 6kb is debatable, but personalised settings certainly seems feasible.

Rather annoyingly, the magazine also states that whilst SD cards are used to save Virtual Console games, due to DRM encoding you won't be able to play them on anyone elses Wii. Booo, and hiss.

Finally, the article also reveals that the upcoming game 'Spore' will use DS to Wii connectivity, allowing you to transfer data between the consoles. Designing bizarre creatures on the move then uploading them sounds like good fun to me.
