Psp homebrew App Request

Hi there,

I have a request for a function on the psp that i am hoping a developer will undertake.

i have searched various sites for the kind of program i am after but have had no luck


Basically, i just want the ability to be able to Shuffle all the music on my psp.

i use my psp heavily as an mp3 player, and use the psp's music player itself as i have been unable to find a homebrew program that supports .wma files


in the psps music player, it only allows you to shuffle all the music in an album.

for example, the structure of the 'MUSIC' section in the XMB is as follows:





MUSIC ->

-ALBUM 1
ALBUM 1 TRACK 1
ALBUM 1 TRACK 2
ALBUM 1 TRACK 3

-ALBUM 2
ALBUM 2 TRACK 1
ALBUM 2 TRACK 2

-ALBUM 3
ALBUM 3 TRACK 1

-ETC


The PSP only allows 'shuffle' playback of all tracks in an album.

i am wondering if there is a developer who could create a .prx or an app that would allow the psp to shuffle ALL tracks from all albums on the psp.
