Has anyone here gotten this to work? I would really love to have my PSP throw up random images when I boot it up. The directions seem pretty simple. Here is what the installation portion of the readme file says:
Installation

Copy wpchanger.prx into /seplugins on your memstick (create the folder, if it doesn't exist).
Open (or create) vsh.txt and add this line:
ms0:/seplugins/wpchanger.prx
Done, base installation is finished. Didn't hurt, eh? ;-)
Now go into recovery menu and enable the plugin.
Seems easy enough but when I go into recovery mode/plugin it doesn't show up there. Any ideas? By the way, I'm using CFW 3.90 M33-3
