I've been using this for a few days now. I have saves for legend of zelda - the minish cap, ff6a and pokemon sapphire. I woke up this morning and loaded up pokemon and my saved game (haven't needed to use the saved state for any other game) isn't there at all. Several times during the day I saved it, turned it off and it would be there later. This morning it's just not loading. The .sav file is in my sav folder but the game is just not recognizing it.

Maybe you renamed the files.Make sure the .sav and the ROM have same names.Or you could just use save states.
