Cannot find my Steam, and XBL shows 0 achievements

I've tried using my username and display name and both didn't work. My XBL account profile links fine (gamerscore and gamerpic shows) but it displays 0 achievements.

EDIT: XBL shows achievements now, guess I just had to be patient. Still can't find Steam account though.

You need to create a custom URL on Steam, then use the username you've set there.
