Gamercard Not Showing Stats?

Hi, I have been trying to get a gamercard to go into my signature on both this site and a gaming forum I use. However, when I put in my XBL GT, everything just says 0? I have followed the steps to change privacy etc and still nothing.

I hope someone can give me some simple steps on why I am having this problem. Thank you.

Should be good now. Currently when we scan a profile that's private, it's not scanned again until the next update cycle (normally ~3 hours). That's why this happens.

The next site update will have some improvements in this regard

Since I changed your username you need to update the URL in your sig. It's referencing your old one

I have the same problem my gamercard is not showing any stats, in fact shows that no account is linked. I've done all the necessary privacy settings on my xbox profile, can you please help? Thanks.

I've linked my PSN profile, but it says 0 trophies. Also my profile won't let me link my Steam account even though it is set as public. Can you help?

Edit:looks like hours played feature only available for xb1 players
