Intel graphics driver problem

Ok so I clicked the little flag at the bottom right (using 7) and it tells me to address a problem with the intel graphics driver so I click it and it says opening solution then 5 minutes later says it can't be downloaded, when I watch videos my screen shuts off and I can't do anything else other then restart, is there any way to fix this?
