OtaClock

Its a small clock program with Otacon from Metal Gear Solid shown displaying the time.
I had it before but forgot about it when I reinstalled windows.
I think it is a really nice app and the sprite used for otacon is the same one that was in the tanker chapter of MGS2.
You can place it anywhere on the screen by dragging and dropping it and also customise it and set different options by rightclicking over otacon

haha,no,i wish...i don't know how to make programs for windows,just DOS... :\

anyways,it was a program developed by Kojima studioes as a bonus to buying mgs3 substinance...

i cant remember how i came across it though...ah well
