We are in process of adding support for the PSN ID changes Sony recently implemented. Currently, changing your PSN ID will not affect tracking but the name change will not be reflected on the site for now.
Up until recently, the PSN username was the only identifier we could use to look up accounts, unlike Xbox Live and other services that provide a unique ID that persists during name changes. PSN does provide this now, so we're able to detect the name changes, but some work needs to be done on the backend to support this.
