I read on this feedback forum that devs have planned to add this feature. Ability to manually add old games to your profile from old consoles like PS2, Xbox, Dreamcast, N64 etc.

Not yet but should be added soon. I've been working on migrating the site to some new servers and that's the main holdup. Assuming other work doesn't get in my way should be ready to go by the end of this month :)
