The same problem is happening to me. The only way is to pressure Ubisoft Connect support to fix the stats on the server as soon as possible. The problem is that your stats are not on the Ubisoft Connect website or mobile app, and this is only with this game.
Do the same as I did, contact Ubisoft Connect support and report the problem, because together we are stronger.

Here in the Ubisoft Connect PC app everything is fine with the Stats, but our Stats were not shown on the website.

Ubisoft hasn't fixed it yet. I'm adding the achievements and hours played manually in Exophase as I progress.
