Achievements not updating

Hey, I got this recently but my steam achievements for Dead by Daylight haven't updated in 3 days, is there something I need to do to fix it? I checked and my account settings were public on steam.
 
Steam says you have 145 achievements, and so does Exophase. Both say you last played on the 18th. What exactly seems to be missing?
