PC Achievements on A Way Out with Friend Pass/Remote Play?
With Remote Play, you're accessing someone's game locally through the internet, so only the host unlocks achievements.
As for Friend Pass, I haven't tried that myself. But shouldn't take more than ~30 minutes to experiment/give it a try yourself, there's a missable achievement near the beginning of the game.
